Inside Our Factory: A Five-Stage Quality Control Process

Every collection begins with donor screening — hair health, elasticity, and cuticle direction are assessed before a single strand is cut. Donors are compensated fairly and the relationship is documented for full traceability.

After sorting, hair is bundled by hand according to length and texture, then washed using a low-pH, sulfate-free process that preserves the natural cuticle layer rather than stripping it.

The final two stages — weft construction and pre-shipment inspection — involve a physical strand count, tensile strength testing on the weft line, and a side-by-side color match against our master swatch library before any order leaves the facility.
